How it works...

This website aims to facilitate ordering process for our business partners. The basis of the access to orders is registration. Therefore, everybody wishing to order products for further distribution is obliged to register first. Having registered, a web announcement of a new registration will be automatically sent to the administrator. If there are any problems, 4Ladies will contact you using your registration contact details. If everything is clear, you will receive authorization to enter our ordering system. This will be dealt with shortly after your registration. (In case of a business journey as soon as possible). You will NOT be allowed to log on until you have received the authorization to enter.

If you are not a trader but you would like to view our product range, you can view our pictures and product description. The price list and options related to ordering are NOT available without registration. Registration is only available to traders. If you are interested in our products and you are not a trader, please feel free to contact us and we will either give you contact details of your nearest trader or having individually agreed, we will send you the requested products via cash on delivery. Alternatively, we may inform you of the next exhibition where we will be present.

That is the menu you are in now. The aim of this web page is to help you find your way round our website and assist you with product ordering.

Product Ordering:

Ordering itself is fairly easy, nevertheless, please read CLOSELY the following lines to prevent failure of your work if you do not comply with one of the rules commonly applicable on the internet.

Firstly, I would like to alert you to a situation, where the connection is interrupted and therefore the order is lost! When you start the order, it is advisable to start and finish it in one block. If you for example start making an order and in the meantime you have to deal with something else - the system may log you off automatically and therefore all data will be lost, namely your semi-finished order. It is secured by a host server which hosts the website. There is a 15 minutes pause for inactivity. I would like to caution, the interruption happens when the pages are inactive, namely when you are not ordering anything (not selecting products and you are on the same page). Of course, the timing of the active ordering is not limited.

Also, if you have a semi-finished order and you log off and then log on again, your order will have been cancelled. It also applies if you disconnect from the internet in the course of ordering and then re-connect.

After you have logged on to our system, you can choose from the left menu containing product range. For example, if you click on "Bracelets", you will see all available bracelets in the main window. Every item has its own view. If you want to maximize it, click on the picture or on the item (product name). Enter the quantity of the selected product into the right box where as a standard measure zero is stated. Also, make use of the "notes". Bellow every code, there is a line marked "note". Enter here any notes, for example: "Can be also in different colour" etc.

Now you have to save these entered items into the order. You will achieve that by clicking on the "Add to order" button, which is at the bottom. You can also do the same by pressing "Enter" key having entered the quantity.

Notice that having saved the order - next to the box where you entered quantity - you will see numbers. These tell you the quantity in your semi-finished order, so if you, in the course of your ordering, go back to the kind of products where you started, you will see the quantity of each selected product.

You can view your semi-finished order in the menu on the left under "Order". If you wish to view the order you are making, you can do it here. Also, if you finish ordering and wish to check and send the order, you have to click on the "Order" button and having entered the payment form and dates of delivery (we always try our best to accommodate your order) click on the "Send order" button.

If you decide to delete or change some of the entered items, or change the quantity, you can do it on the right individually with each item by clicking on "Delete" or "Change" (that means the quantity).

If you wish to make a note regarding the completed order, you can do so before you send it in the box "Note". Attention! If you write the note and then go back and continue ordering, you will HAVE to save the note by clicking on the "Save note" button! Otherwise after returning to "Order" this note will be deleted.

Having clicked on "Send order" you will see an announcement confirming the successful sending.

Menu "Previous orders" is for you to view your previous orders. You cannot change anything here, only view.

If there are any changes in your registration details, for example change of address or telephone etc, please enter these in the menu "Amend the account". It is especially important if you change the address, because that is the address the products you order are sent to!

Language Mutation

In the top left corner you can click on one of the flags to change the language on this website. At the moment it is available in two languages - Czech and English, but we are preparing an expansion of the language mutations.

Log off

If you finish work on our website - it is important to log off immediately in the top right corner. Thus unauthorized ordering by somebody else will be prevented. Also, do not pass on your password and user name to another person. If it is abused, the access will be blocked immediately.
