Business terms and conditions:

Information you give in the registration form will enable us to issue appropriate documents and process your order as soon as possible. In agreement with the Data Protection Law, your details will not be passed to a third party nor misused in any other way.

1. We will immediately acknowledge the receipt of your order and negotiate with you the terms of delivery. Accepting your order constitutes
a contract, which is binding for both parties.

2. The supplier insures the delivery to the level of its value, the buyer covers the delivery charges.

3. In case the consignment is damaged during the shipping, please immediately lodge a claim for compensation in the presence of the carrier.

4. If the buyer detects a defect not caused by shipping, he is obliged to report it immediately at the email address of the supplier within
7 calendar days from the date of receiving of the delivery. It is important to state the ID number of the delivery.

6. The delivery will be sent immediately following the payment of the pro-forma invoice.

7. Orders of items currently in stock are handled within 7 days. If we need to place an order for manufacturing the delivery time is 6 - 8 weeks.
